Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

sir, i had applied for b.ed jee from lucknow university and been ranked 8002 position. in the entrance i got benefit of 15 marks for being defence person as mentioned in the prospectus after marking the option positive. there is also 5% quota for defence personnel and thier dpendents as horizontal reservtion policy of the lucknow university . at the counselling center the staff has checked the relevent documents including the defence quota certificate and did my councelling in the open category.thus the options where very limited and finally i got seat in paid seat pool. in the evening one of friend too did the councelling but this time he after having o hot discussion with the coordinator could able to do it. the next day when i came for taking the allotment letter came to know the days happening how my friend managed to get through. i immediatly went to same coordinator but this time he told that he is helpless and i have to go to the university and ask the help. i went tto lucknow university had a talk with vice chancellor and education dept staff but they to told me that they are helpless and i have to take the same seat .for this i have pay rs 25,000 more. sir how i can i get justice for the university's mistake.

Dear Sir / Mam,

1.You please check whether your friend has any other vertical reservation upon any caste based quotas, if no, then you can sort the matter through putting Writ aganist the Lucknow University under article 226 & 227 of Constitution of India, and this is legal remedy available to you.

2. Another if you're sure with your prospects, then write a letter addressing Governor of U.P. State, that he will be execercizing as a Chancellor for all the universities through out the U.P.State., and get it redressed through him, this is executive remedy available to you.

Thank You,

Kind Regards. Sanjay K. Dixit, Advocate,
