Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir,
I had booked for a apt in bangalore last 3yrs back, as per the agreement it had to be completed last year only, but delayed for one years now. i am pay a interest of Rs 40,000 to my bank per month. but as per the agreement he has told he would be giving me only Rs 4000. per month for the delay.
now my question is can i go to the court and ask for a much more compensation than the agreement, i had signed or suffer the loss. please give my options
