Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir, Our builder take signature on the consent in the year 2007 (franking date is 21st July 2007) and he do un registered notary on 29th december 2009, I want to know what he do is write or wrong?

wrong notary has to be done within 6 months from date of stamp paper/document franking date
