Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
sir my dad is an uneducated sold a property 17 years back we are 3 children's, 2 sons and elder daughter at the time of registration my sister was major and signed the sale deed.
we have not signed due to we are minors at the time, is there and way legally we (two Sons) can proceed case filling for any compensation
pls give the reply satisfactory
