Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
sir,
Ours is a joint family. My grandmother, grandfather, his two brothers and their families all were living in the same house in palakkad, kerala. My grand father have two children ie, my father and my uncle who have settled in Bangalore. My grandfather expired in 1976,and grand mother in 1995.My grandfather had bought a property in my grandmothers name.
One of my grandfathers, brothers son who is also living in same house is now saying that the said property(grand mothers) is sold to him in 1993 and registered in his name. which we were not aware. we are sure that she wouldn't do that.
How can we proceed do get back the said property. as it is a clear breach of trust. kindly advice.
