sir i want legal advice on how to prepare barrow bond..

actually i was in love with some one,

when i was in love, i spend money..

now she cheated me and linked with someone, & i asked her why u behave like this, she replied me , u don't have enough money so i hate u ..,

and i asked abt my spended money she said ill give u 50000/- with in 8 months,

but i afraid abt one thing, i dont have any legal witness..,so i thought prepare one bond & we both signed then it will valid know..

soo please tell me sir what are the requirements to prepare it..
