Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
sir, if i purchase a property before the high court grant a status quo to those party who sold the property to me.in that time we start the construction according to plan approved by mcd. then nobody can object me for the fuether work because i am not in array of the suit?

the other parties, who have filed the suit, can challenge the sale as well as implead u as a party to the case.
