Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir, my question is that my elder real brother acquired our joint property the value of which is in crores by cheating and forcefully and thrown me with my family on road with completely empty hands. At present i have no house, no income source, no other property. But still, i did not file any court case against him because i cannot afford court/police etc. I want to settle the family division in the presence of panchayat members, or by our mutual understanding for which he is not ready. SSP is also knowing our dispute. But i donot have any personal contacts with SSP. or like that. Noone is hready to solve my problem and i cannot survive for longtime if this problem does not solve. My question is that what should i do ? Should i write, contact and take help of TV channels, newspapers, Lok adalats, humanright commission, women commission, personally write the letters to CM, DC, SSP, DGP or like that. Kindly suggest me the right, easiest way immediately. Thanks.

Hello,
It is very evident that he will not agree on mutual partition.
You have to file partition case then only other things will work.
If, there is powerful panchayat in your majority, it can work.
If, you really cannot afford to fight this matter please contact us at [email protected]. We will see if we can do this matter as pro bono.
