sir, my wife father had done gift deed (30*40 site,with 24sq.ft.building)full to my wife's sister , without informing my wife or the signature of my wife . can my wife claim for her share by lodging case against her father and sister. pl. reply.

in case its your father in law s self acquired property, you can do nothing and in case its a joint family property, your wife has a share.

Q.2. sir as you said above , this above said property was early in the name of my wife's mother (G.P.A) holder and then registered to my wife's father for the Bank loan purpose, so now is it family property or father in law s self acquired property, pl. clear me

Also now still bank loan is pending , they(father in law and my wife's sister) till date not informed us and also bank person about the gift deed they done on 18-01-2010, as above said. now my wife' s father is ready to cancel that gift deed which has done only for my wife's sister as above said, now my wife's father wants to re register the gift deed in the both daughter's name ( my wife and her sister) , so. pl. reply what i must do

if the property is acquired by your wife's father self.then you can do nothing
