Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

sir,
Based on the judgement been passed in my favour, i had initiated the execution proceedings towards recovery of my money wherein the third parties had filed their false affidavit by way of claim petition in support of their false, fabricated and fruaudulent documents. I am in possession of documents in proving the falsity of their affidavit and also their filed documents. By stating the facts and enclosing the relevant documents, i had filed my detailed counter affidavit thereupon the matter is pending towards commencement of trial. My question to you is "Can i file a petition u/s 340 of Cr.P.C. if so, what is the appropriate time i.e., whether before the trial or after the trial". Be pleased to answer. Thank You
