Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Hi Sir,
I am staying in a society in pune as a tenant. My Landlord is paying all the maintenance charges to the society. now the society is asking me to pay Rs 5000/- per person to use the amenities of the society. is it legal when my landlord is paying all the dues and i am paying rent to him even then can society charge me this amount? after all the maintenance charges are meant for this only. please advise.

If the society is being paid by the landlord then the society cannot ask you to pay the maintenance charges .
