Sir,

I have yonger brother his having a four married daughters and one married son ,he have a ancestral property of 3 acres of land ,how to get that property without made sale deed,what instrument deed we will made.weather it is made a released ,gift deed ,or,registered GPA

an ancestral property delves by succession and not by transfer documents. the person in whose favour the property is to be bestowed, has to have the relinquishment from all other legal heirs of ancestral property.

Dear Sir,

If this is an ancestral property, then make a partition deed for mere 3 acres of land, and by that you get half of share in the 3 acres of land, i.e., 1/2, so get this partition deed registered at your jurisdiction court, or sub-registrar office.
