Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Sir,

In our state governament has released notification for hospitalpharmacist post, for which diploma is the pre requisite qualification,

mode of selection is issue of conteaversy,

Actually the govt.proposed the following procedure:

1.screening test:who ever qualify in screening test, were considered our according 3:1 i.e for every vacancy 3 members will be considered,

2.a.marks obtained in diploma will be given 70% weitage

b.experience as pharmacist will be given weitage of 3 marks for every year of experience ,maximum marks 15 alloted for 5 and above experience.

c.individuals who worked in govt.hospital as contact employ as a pharmacist will be given 3 marks /year of service max of 15 marks for 5 and above years of experience.

MY point is i am B.Pharma graduate ,then how can my marks compared with Diploma marks of other aspirents, there may be many B.Pharma aspiring for the post.

2.if weitage is given to experience than fresh diploma holder will loose the oppurtunity,

3.Also givimg weitage to /marks to contact employs of govt.,where in competitive exams people loose the job with fraction of mark.

THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL ENSURE ONLY CONTACT EMPLOYS BE SELECTED FOR THE VACACENCY,

can i challenge this in court,if so under which sections ,kindly guide me.

can i ask court only to consider screening test as criteria for selection of the post.

Kindly suggest
