Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

sir/madam ,my village is in khammam district,andhra pradesh ,our family has goverment assaigned land . During land partition we didn't applie for survey but according to our adjustment we shared the land but in phani my name is also comming , my brothers sold their share now their name and person who puchased land from my brother also comming in phani,actually we don't know whether the share which i got is on my name or not but in phani on some survey number my name is comming.Now my brother applied for land survey to mandal revenu officer by taking phani on his name .During partition we didn't make any writen document.

how can i stop the survey and how can i protect my share?

Dear Sir,

If you made or agreed to any oral partition, then this can be revoked at any time by any persons with out any specific nature of land boundaries demarcations. Hence you can approach the taluk court for set right the same.
