Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
sir,
my brother appealed for IP , my brother in some places given the blank bank cheques and promissory notes, totally blank, no name and no amount mentioned. there is any chance to them to take legal action on my brother like cheque bounce case or any.. (writing others name on those which are not mentioned in IP) ?
if they proceeded then what to do to save my brother ?.
please suggest me.

Lodge a Police complaint for theft or loss of cheques, write to to bank to make 'Stop Payment' on the said cheques, along-with such complaint.
