married daughters do not have share in agricultural house but do have in agricultural land

if lekhpal is denying tell him the law and ask him to give in written the reason for denial.

or you may file a suit .

Kindly explain to the Lekhpal either yourself or through an advocate that now under the Indian Succession Act, brothers & sisters have equal rights and by denying to include the names of your sisters as owning the property equally along with you brothers & your mother he is committing a breach of law (tell him "AAP KANOON KE KHILAAF JAA RAHE HAI) . If he does not listen you will have to give him a legal notice and if he still does not comply with the same your sisters" will have to file a civil suit in the appropriate court for directions to the Lekhpal to include their names as owners of the property along with all of you thks shantarao associates Safdarjung Enclave - 09920563943 011 26173648
