Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
sir,
my mother given her property as gift deed to me and brother dividing a complete property into two, now that property is in disputes by sale agreements with one purchaser. is there any chance to my mother to take back the gifted property by fighting against the purchaser.
and i have tell you one thing that actually we are 4 brothers they are not signed at registration time but we gave them some money that matter is settled, brothers are very favorable to us, so there is any chance to use my brothers to fight on the purchaser.
my father is dead.
please suggest me.

How is the Purchaser involved in a Gift Deed, it is Donee & Donor. It seems you have not given full details. Please give full details.
