Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Sir,
Plz do let me know that whether any Public Limited Company falls under Right to Information Act or not, specially in the undermentioned constitution.
1. When it is a Joint venture company with 50 % holding of Indian Listed Company and another 50% by Foreign company listed on foriegn stock exchange.
