Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Sir,

Some people entered my land for accupied, after that i get STATUS QUO order from the court. But the people re-entered my land then I do followingh correspandance.

Please clarify the following doubts about my case?

1.I file private complaint on 08-07-2011 through court.

2.The police registered FIR 18-07-2011 and forwarded court.

3.The police how much take for investigation and how much time their have as per law?

4. the police gave a wrong report to the court what can I do?

5.Now, the Accused persons stopped cultivation,then i complaint to the police but police people reject my complaint due this is civil case.

What is the next process of my case the court take any action upon my private complaint or not?

police may not help you in getting ur possession back but the civil court will. you may move an application of contempt before the court that ordered status quo.
