Dear Sir,

A Co-Operative Societies can have their own rules, regulations as per the mere societies object clause provision, and its registration acts. But you can do check at the mere societies object, purpose clauses definition enshrined by them under the registrar of co-operative societies act.

And if you find any of the provisions is inconsistent with their own objects, purpose clauses, then you can inform it to the Registrar of Co-Operative Societies, Ok ?

Thank You,

Kind Regard. Sanjay K. Dixit, Advocate,
