Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
we sold land to a person,but the deed wrongly stated the measurement of land in excess of the actual measurement.What can be done in this case and,can it be set right legally without any punishment? this was done in state of west bengal.

You can execute a Rectification Deed, rectifying the mistake.
