Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Can a son be disowned / disinherited by his father without any valid reason from his HUF properties/businesses simply by giving a notice in a newspaper through an advocate under Hindu Law ?
Any Judgments in this regard.

HUF consists of all the coparceners and legally stand at the same footing and treated equally whether it is father or son. son cannot be disinherited and any of the members can call for partition of HUF. this is the law and does not require any citation. in case you need case law, you may have to contact the lawyer in person.
