Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

my son has filled a case against me in a civil court , he is alleging that in my plt he is in possesion and i have given him to work on my plot he also made my signature on a paper signifying that he will be the owner of the plot. in annexures he has put some forged docuemts like he has annexed his pass book photocopy showing his account number on my plot adress, i came to know that it is a forged document i made fir under sec 420,467,468,471 ,charge sheet has been framed now what should i do so that my civil suit should be dispossed.

the evidence has to be led after completion of the pleading. It simply cannot be disposed just because criminal charge sheet has been filed. Even that will have to be proved formally.

he is your son so instead of going for a criminal case, settle the matter through civil court only.
