stamp duty rates
Purchase amt of land is Rs.5500000 & the market rate Rs.23460000.
If i want to cancel the purchase deed or to bring the stay on sold land, I need to deposite stamp duty in court, isn't it?
If yes what amount i will need to pay as stamp duty at what rate & on which amount?

it is not clear from your query,whether u sold rpoperty or ony entered into agreement of sale, court fee payable as per state enactment , so one shoudlknow which state property situate.
