if a stamp paper of Rs. 10000 is been wrongly typed and not used for registration purpose. is there any possibility to surrender the stamp paper and get the refund amount?

yes, a refund of 90% may be made by the concerned authority.

Sir, once the typing has been done on the stamp paper, it stands used. Registration or non-registration will be of no help for the refund. It is only if the stamp has not been used then one is entitled to refund within 6 months of its purchase.
