during the status quo period what is order pass against owner of suit property (not aproved mcd plan and not able to construction due to status quo order,) on the complaint of purchaser only behalf of bayana agreement to sell with the controductry clause

1. first party shall be execute sale deed & handed over possession after receiving full and final payment

2. first party will be bound for execute the sale deed in favor of second party after receiving earnest money and balance payment shall be pay at the time of possession hand over.
