Dear Friend,
Take into consideration the entire rent amount from March, 2011 till November, 2012 and check whether you have settled the entire rent to the landlord for this period of stay. In tenancy agreements, all operational costs like electricity, water, etc are to be borne by the tenant during the period of his / her stay, unless the rent agreement specifies otherwise.
If the matter is unresolved, you may lodge a Police Complaint at the K V Rangareddy Police Station in Chanda Nagar to redress your grievance(s).
