We are staying in a rental premises for last 50 yrs,the rent reciept was in my fathers name , now he has expired 15 yrs ago but the rent reciept still stands in name of my father can the bombay rent act protects the legal heirs

in case of rental premises you have to apply to the landlord to place you as tenant instead / in place of your father.
