Re: stilt Car Parking in mumbai
You have answered your own question.
Stilt car parking space is only ment for car parking and nothing else. So the society is not wrong in objecting the tools which you keep in that space. However, if you keep a nice midsized cupboard and stack your tools, the soc should'nt any have objection.
Re: stilt Car Parking in mumbai
Car Parking space cannot be used for anything else.
Re: stilt Car Parking in mumbai
Your car parking is meant for only car parking nothing else so in this case if you keep a large cupboard its obvious society will raise a objection so better keep a mid-sized cuobaord. The society wont raise a objection for this.
Re: stilt Car Parking in mumbai
Car parking stilt should be used for car parking only. You may take permission of the society by convincing them.
