If A sublet the leased shop to ,even A is not the owner,can A evict the B from the said area.What will happen if the land or area is a govt.property.thanks

Dear Sir,

If this is any Government property as per the "law of eminent domino" , said land can be revert back to the Government through process of es cheat procedure.
