suit filed for declaration for issue legal heir certificate. But the court raised an objection as how the suit is maintainable when there is dispute between ownership over the suit schedule property.

is there any other suit also pending for ownership of suit property. in case yes, you may file the declaration in that suit by impleading yourself as a party.
