Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i am taken sum of amount rs 100000/- from my friend on feb-10 with issued blanked cheque on surity.
on june month his marriage is settled he is asking money on urgent basis i am transfering amount to his account through net banking on jun-10 75000/- & July -10 25000/-. after that he cheated me he depsitd cheque 500000/- 7 bounced he send legal notice for me, i have never seen 500000/- buy nothing at present there is no property for my name. what can i do right now please give your valuable suggestion. i am proof of net banking stamt which has deposit his account.

you can take the plea that the loan was for 1 lac only and you have repaid that through net banking and the figure written on the cheque is not written by you. you may also lodge an f.i.r on the grounds of forgery and fabrication.
