does a tehsildar have the status of a civil court? any case laws with respect to rajasthan?

The Tehsil is a "Revenue Court" and may be vested with the powers of "civil court".

Dear Sir,

The Tehsildhar jurisdiction is in respect to the Revenue Court as said by Advocate friend, and

he also excersize the magistrial powers in fining the defaults, who normaly comes to his jurisdiction of illegal occupancy, acquiring, defaulting with to the Agricultural lands, pacherries, rural lands, "mujuriah illakhas", Tehsil lands and such revenues only. Ok.
