Dear Sir / Madam,

(Dhalipur / Nayagaon / Prem Nagar / Sahaspur / Sinola, Dehradun, Uttarakhand)

Keeping a property vacant is utter foolishness. Unless you are seriously going to immediately start your own business from your shop; and being a retired person, it is going to generate revenue for you from day one, in my opinion, it is better to accept the entire backlog of rent for the shop, and agree with the tenant to the condition of a 10% increase in the rent year on year hereon.
