Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i am a tenant since last 9 year.the owner has been issued sarfaesi notice he has taken loan 5 years back.will i have to vaccate the premises.what will be there status under it.please guide.Thanks

You being a tenant cannot be evicted, provided you have genuine evidence of being a tenant. You will be a tenant of another 'landlord' after sale under the law.
