Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I have two tenants residing in my premises since last 39 years on pagdi. One tenant has shifted since last eight years. He has nenovated the flat without written permission & made substantial structural changes. Two Columns are knocked down & two balconies are being enclosed. And other tenant has enclosed one balcony. Both have not paid rent, govt. taxes & maintenance since last 23 years. The rent is not hiked till 1998. Other tenant is still staying in the same premises. He is financially very strong, an established chemical businessman, have two AC, a car & a lavishly furnished & renovated without my permission flat. His elder son is a pilot from USA by spending Rs. 25 lac. His grand daughter is studying in an Australian International school which has Rs. 70 k fees p.a. His younger son is settled in Dubai.
Now, I am using same total area of two tenants with my father, elder brother+ wife+son & myself+wife. After five years brother's son will be getting married which make impossible for us to share the same premises of 900 sq. ft as then there will be three families. I have recently filed a suit against both for eviction.
I want to know what can be the result?? And how long will this take to bring it to the justice??

nobody can predict the result of the suit
you can plead bonafide requirement as one of grounds for eviction. result and time cannot be predicted
