trading loss
i had made loss in clients account and did not inform him .. but later he cam to know i accepted and wrote in paper with my boss tht will repay back and my boss did settlement for some amt which is repaid but client wants whole and asked me to sign on one document so tht he will not take account on me when i said no he says he will sue me only not my company or boss.. if he can how can i protect my self.. he has been recieving the contract notes and alllllll the cheques were in company name.. please help

i again say that you can save yourself but dont sign anywhere and contact at the earliest.

As you were dealing for the company it may take action against you but client will have to take action against the company.About the document i will have to peruse the same.Kindly contact with the document.
