Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Trespasser
i had purchased a flat in the year 2006 through ICICI bank HL. The flat was suppose to deliver by the builder during July 2007 but due to bank instructing the builder for want of sale deed possession should not be given, so the builder had hold the flat . Since i had already given the builders agreement along with the sale deed after which the total payment was released, hence i moved the consumer forum praying to hand over the poassesion alonf with the damages after exausting the negotiation . The builder nor the bank responded to the summon and they were termed as absent and iam expecting order at any time. While this be so i was asked to attend the flat association metting since its inception in July 2008 as an owner member. Today the builder as issued a letter to the association terming me as a 'TRESPASSER' into the property. Though the association had rejected it but i felt very much humiliated. What course of action should i have to take?

Re: Trespasser
Hello.
You should file a application regarding your humiliation before the concerned authorities in consumer court.
Re: Trespasser
You may file a misc application in your pending case before the Consumer Forum claiming further damages for the humiliation you have been made to suffer by the builder.
