vacating tenant
My tenant agreement is over.Accordingly he has to vacate by 9th of may 09.He has mad a mistake which we did not notice.He has taken the stamp paper of 2007march and his agreement is from may2006.So he says 3 years means he will vacate only in 2010.But the mutually agreed statement is that he will vacate by 09.05.09 for which it is signed duly.In front of compond he is keeping one car where it is difficult for us to park our car .Kindly advise as how we can make them vacate.Water is misued as we are getting Rs 550/- per month where it was only Rs 200/- earlier.Neighbours are having coconut tree which fell on our car and broke the front glass.can be get notice and get the tree cut.

If he made a statement in court, you may seek execution of the order. Otherwise, you may need to seek his eviction by filing a case in the local court.

You can approach court for eviction of the tenant. However, in respect of misuse of water and other issues are concerned you may have to consult the local water department and municipal corporation for the same.

Your agrreement will be till 9-5-09. You can file the case of evicition and on the ground of personal necessarty.
