Victim of Harassment

Sir,

I am Ravi and working as consultant based in Hyderabad, I am married for 4 yrs and have twins - a son and daughter. My wife is mentally harassing me. She has adjustable problem. She hates my parent and my only sister (married and staying with her husband). My query is that my wife has been harassing very much since children are born. After marriage itself the differences started, she used to behave in an eccentric manner. The situation worsened with time, her behaviour led to the suspicion of something happened before marriage, which was confirmed when we met her former employer. And also after seeing her relatives attitude whenever some differences arose, it was presumed much ado has happened before marriage; but the contention here is not this aspect. Due to all these even changed the residence to a rented house when differences with parents by her. There we could not live separately for not more than 8 months. I left the job later, which i was working for over 5 years as the company position and misunderstanding. Later did another job and some irregular income, didn't settle well in in-laws terms and but I never faced monetary problems for our living as such, as my parents helped me all the way. And circumstances made me back to paternal home, severe disturbances with my parents created herself, again made to change for a house near her home just only to save my marriage.

She used to torture me by giving false claims even about food in odd hours of night when i reached, was made to sleep empty stomach on one or more pretext. She keeps herself away from me and does not give my sexual as well as respectful social life by harassing me, goes to her matrimonial home for months together whenever difference arises during which she stayed at her matrimonial home for more than 2 years in all the 4years, my inlaws too support her as she had made my reputation as if I take granted about my family and family monetary responsibilities.But she harassed me by comparing with his others, saying vulgar words in whispering voice and more.

And now she keeps my children away from me and my paternal family by any means(spending most of time at her home which is very near to our home) which had now disturbed me a lot. Many a times parental meetings happened, even after third party involvement to change their behaviour they never changed their behaviour. Unable to bear torture by her and her parents and relatives over there, their cruel and mental attitude, ugly verbal abuses everytime. When one day beyond words, all through night fighting,scolding even physically when she money for conjugal life, for doing domestic work, for facilitating me and many more, finally a verbal duel and next day ugly words on street made quit.

Approached lawyer and the process started. She being adamant for not going for mutual divorce, by staying with her family she want to harass me and my family emotionally, made me give first notice to her, no reply or person came on that. Again, after 15 days the lawyer gave one more notice, for that also no reply nor person came. And finally case was filed in family court, the first hearing was attended by us, but the other party failed even to respond the case filed. Matter came from other sources that they are wanting to file false criminal cases against me.

Sir I don�t know what to do as I have been living bachelor life almost for 4 yrs even after having children.

In this regard i would like your suggestions to follow pertaining this case.
