I am from visakhapatnam, AP. I have a house which I gave for rent . The tenant who is a software employee has done some financial irregularities in his company and absconded

The police seized my house. The house is under bank loan .

What are the options available to me?

Dear Sir,

If your the mere owner of said house, then how come your house can be attached for your tenant's financial misappropriation, or his obligation in the company ? let me be clear okay ? And that you've told that your house is under bank loan, then who has availed the loan here ? I mean it that you, or tenant ?
