Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

i and my wife filed petition for mutual consent divorce(13B).Now after 4 months she applied in court that petition is fraud.But judge given in order after six month only both have to appear.Now she want to withdraw and rejoin the family with bad intension.Other wise she will lodge false case of dowry etc.What i have to do.I dont to keep her.

if she withdraws the petition you can file divorce case and let her contest

This is the very reason for legislatures to have 2 motions for a Mutual Consent Divorce. In both the motions the parties have to satisfy the court that there is no malafides in there joint petition . File a contesting Divorce by taken a ground(s) mentioned in the act against your wife.
