Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My wife had forcefully taken my valuable items like bank passbooks, mobile, original sale deeds of my properties. I came out of my house and staying separately and divorce case is going on. She filed a case under domestic violence act and obtained an order not to alienate all my properties, bank accounts, but there is no order for her to keep the original sale deeds of my properties. All these happened 2 years back, the cases are under trial. I want to file a civil case in order to get original sale deeds of my properties. Is there any time limit to file civil cases. Can I file even after 2 years now.
