does a wife has any right to her husbands property? in case a wife and a daughter doesn't want to stay with the husband and in laws because they have terrorised me even my daughter upto that exten that we don't want to stay along with them in that case do i get my home and how long time does it take?

right of residence is under domestic violence act.

inlaws have terrorised is an intrepretation by you. You should always write facts and not the intrepretation lifke what was the act done by husband or inlaws so as for you to consider that act as having terrorised you
