it is to be seen whether the house stand in the name of your mother in law or father in law left intestate. in case there is no will, your sister in law can claim partition of the property. read more on property laws on my website www.karvai.in.
Whose name is the property ? This would show the ownership of the house. Please clarify and get legal advice. Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
