Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

My wife signed a family partition deed in 2008 with zero share either in cash or in kinds without my knowledge at her brother and parrent's instances.The deed got registered also.Now she repends of doing so.Is there any legal remedy for undoing that partition deed now?

Not really. You can only try by saying that your wife was under extreme pressure of her family to sigh the deed etc. It is only 15% chances for you and your wife to get her share.
