Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Will
My neighbor is a widow. She got a house property which was allotted to her husband earlier. The same was transferred to her name after his death. she has 4 children. Can she now write a will?

The transfer may be invalid as all the children were also entitled to be trasfrees / co-owners after the death of their father. She may not be entitled to debar any of them by writing a will.
