Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

my work place is assam, in my work order this point "all contracts of the company including any disputes arising out of and in connection with this contract/transaction will be subject to be appointed by i9 infocom at chennai and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in chennai only" but i am a girl and also have not money to go chennai for my case. plz advice me to register & trial my case in my local court. plz help me.

If, as per your contract jurisdiction is Chennai than matter have to be filled in Chennai. Whereas, you can request court for transfer but it completely depends upon courts discretion.

jurisdiction depends on cause of action also, so if cause of action arises at your place you may file a suit at that place not withstanding the clause in the contract.Otherwise you may file the case in chennai and apply to transfer the same.
