i am working in corporate company and got accident on duty and got 20% permenent disability so what compansation should i get plz. sugest

That you can get compensation from the company for your disability and it depends on your salary and position an if you eill not satisfied from the compensation then you can go the coury for the enhancement of compensation.

apart from seeking compensation under Motor Vehicle Act, you may seek compensation from the company under workman s compensation act.
