Is is necessary to write the exact date from which right of easment by prescription is claimed in India ? or mere writing a period of more than 22 years will be sufficent?

Dear Sir,
Usually prescription of easement observations time is 20 years, and no mere writing a period of more than 22 years will not be sufficient in respect to an absence of agreement clause enshrined in it, or else it shall be proved at Court of Law through usages of any such easements.
